I lived at their Tamaron apartments for 2 years and highly recommend. Signing the lease, getting maintenance requests, and moving out was such an easy process. Maintenance always came within days of requests.

I have always been fortunate to have good landlords and agents, but I am especially happy with Marving Real Estate. They are friendly, respectful, competent, efficient, organized, communicative and prompt -- no exaggeration. Every time I had any kind of request, including maintenance, it was fulfilled almost immediately. I highly recommend working with them -- I assure you you will not be disappointed. I've been here for 12 years and anytime I've made any maintenance requests they have always completed the work promptly. The office staff and maintenance men have always been kind and helpful. I appreciate the many forms of communication since Marving has taken over operations. It's nice to be able to pay my rent online and receive information via text. I also have awesome neighbors and enjoy how peaceful it is.

I would love to give a one-star review because everybody else gave five star reviews and I know Will very well and he may need to devour some humble pie. But if I gave it less than five stars that would not be honest. I have been here two years and as I write this it's just now midnight on my last night here. Moving to the great state of Michigan. Of course living here you would think you were in Michigan because the land of the blue is right behind the residence. Basically the state line. What I will miss the most is the swimming pool that is huge and immaculately clean. There are 200 apartments amongst the entire complex of buildings and Will and Ryan know everyone by name. You might think to yourself that they should know everybody but the way this is set up around here many of the residents don't interact with management because the people here tend to keep to themselves, you can do maintenance requests and your payments for rent through a resident portal. If anybody reads to the end of this I would love if when you meet Will please tell him that Robert told you to request from him the scallops story. 😂

I've been living in Tamaron Apartments for 3.5 years, and I've been really impressed by the changes Marving has made here since they took over managing the property. They kept all the great staff I've gotten to know here, and worked to set up online payment options, more convenient ways to communicate with management, and they've made improvements around the property. The few times I've had to contact Marving, they responded very quickly and followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. I really enjoy living here and appreciate the open communication style Marving has with their tenants.

I've been here at Tamaron for a few months now, moved in to be close to work and close to my other favorite state, Michigan, the owners here have made me feel so at home and totally taken care of especially with maintenance and other typical questions and concerns! I soo appreciate everyone here and will so promote this beautiful place to those who are looking for a peaceful, great savings, beautiful environment with a wonderful staff! Thank you so much!

Tamaron Apartments are a nice place to live. Quiet, friendly neighbors, great property managers , on site maintenance, as well as partnered maintenance, anytime I have had any issues, I notify the office, or maintenance website. They all handle what needs to be done in fast response!.

I love living at Tamaron Apartments. The office staff are incredibly nice, patient, approachable, and offer time to get to know you. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and the grounds are kept very clean. It is evident that the staff care about the residents and the grounds. The pool is very nice to enjoy and overall it is a very comfortable and safe place to live. Also, there is a staff member who responds to after hour emergency calls and lives in the complex which is an added plus. I feel cared for by both the staff and my neighbors. I highly recommend this complex.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with all the necessities in a 10-15 minutes driving distance. One thing I loved about Tamaron was the different promotional offers they had going. Especially the deal with Buckeye broadband for the first year saved me some $$$. Whenever I had maintenance requests, they were completed within a reasonable time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Tamaron to people who are looking for an affordable homely place to live in.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tamaron apartments. had respectful neighbors, management used a heavier duty sliding glass door and windows to keep the extra noise from Alexis road to a minimum, which was greatly appreciated. If I needed something, there was a quick reply and turn around process!
